Kymora is hiring two appointment setters. Immediate start for the right people.
THE JOB
You ring cosmetic and skin clinics across Australia, get past reception to the owner, and book them into a 15 minute call. You do not sell, quote prices or negotiate. Booking the appointment is the job.
WHAT YOU GET GIVEN
- The call list. You are not building it.
- The script. You are not writing it.
- Training, in person, on your day here.
- A dedicated business phone number.
HOW IT WORKS
- You work from your own location, your own hours between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday.
- Minimum 10 bookings a week.
- Every call logged in a shared tracker.
THE PAY
- Commission only. There is no hourly rate and no minimum.
- $30 for every booked appointment, paid weekly.
- Nothing is capped. What you earn tracks what you book.
- If you need a guaranteed wage, this one is not for you.
THE DETAILS
- Contractor role, paid on invoice. You need an ABN. It is free and takes about 15 minutes to set up.
- You need your own smartphone, reliable internet and a quiet place to call from.
WHO IT SUITS
- Confident on the phone with Australian business owners
- Organised and reliable with call backs
- Able to follow a script and a process
- Phone sales or appointment setting experience is well regarded
- Salon, clinic, medi spa or beauty experience is an advantage, not a requirement

Pay: $150.00 – $600.00 per week
