ABOUT US
Aidble Care is an established business based in the Ryde–Hornsby area of Sydney. We support individuals and families living with disability and aged care needs across Northern Sydney.
We are launching a new adult incontinence product into the NSW market, designed to give people comfort, dignity and confidence in their daily lives. We are looking for our first independent sales contractor to introduce this product to pharmacies, aged care facilities and NDIS providers across Greater Sydney.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a commission-based independent contractor role — ideal for someone already active in healthcare, pharmacy or aged care sales who wants to add a quality new product to their portfolio, or a motivated self-starter looking for flexible income with genuine earning potential.
You will work independently, setting your own schedule and building your own account base. The more accounts you sign, the more your monthly recurring income grows automatically.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visit and call on independent pharmacies across Greater Sydney to introduce and place our product on their shelves
- Present to small and medium aged care facilities to become their preferred incontinence product supplier
- Connect with NDIS providers and support coordinators to have our product listed as a consumable in participant plans
- Approach online healthcare retailers to explore wholesale supply arrangements
- Build genuine, long-term relationships — this is account management, not one-off cold selling
- Submit a simple weekly activity report covering visits made, leads in progress and orders placed
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in healthcare, pharmacy, aged care or NDIS-related sales
- Existing relationships with pharmacies, aged care facilities or NDIS providers (highly regarded)
- Own reliable vehicle and valid NSW driver's licence
- Own ABN or willing to obtain one before commencing
- Warm, professional and trustworthy approach to relationship building
- Self-directed and comfortable managing your own schedule and pipeline
- Able to work for multiple clients simultaneously — this is a genuine contractor role
- Bilingual in Mandarin, Vietnamese or Arabic is a significant advantage in our region

YOUR EARNING POTENTIAL
Monthly sales of $5,000 — commission earned: $600 per month
Monthly sales of $15,000 — commission earned: $1,800 per month
Monthly sales of $30,000 — commission earned: $3,600 per month
Monthly sales of $50,000 — commission earned: $6,000 per month
The recurring income advantage: once you sign an aged care facility or NDIS provider, they place repeat orders every single month automatically. Your commission income compounds over time without any additional visits or effort on already-signed accounts.
