Their nature-inspired centres are staffed by passionate, highly-trained educators — and now they're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead their Sydney services.
You'll oversee a portfolio of centres, lead a group of Centre Managers and be backed by a head office team that genuinely invests in its people. The organisation is growing — and so can your career.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor Centre Managers across a Sydney portfolio, with occasional travel to Newcastle
- Grow enrolments, occupancy and revenue across your services
- Drive NQF compliance, quality ratings and continuous improvement
- Manage budgets, resource allocation and operational performance
What you'll bring
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager across multiple childcare centres
- Diploma or ECT Early Childhood Education and Care
- Strong knowledge of NQF, NQS, EYLF and NSW regulations
- Sound financial acumen — budgets, occupancy and P&L
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
