As the Senior Network Architect, you’ll take ownership of a diverse and complex customer network portfolio, ensuring they align with business objectives, security requirements and future growth. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, guide customers through complex decisions, and drive continuous improvements. This is a great opportunity to support both BAU and professional services work, while also playing a pivotal role in major transformation programs.
Applicants must either hold or be able to gain and maintain an Australian Government security clearance.
Some of the key things you’ll do:
- Lead end-to-end delivery from presales concept design to post-sales HLD, LLD, and build when required.
- Partner with Product, Presales and Consulting teams to ensure technical alignment and solution integrity.
- Design and optimise network architectures for scalability, performance, and security.
- Facilitate customer workshops and provide architectural guidance on complex transformations.
- Ensure solutions meet business continuity, data privacy and compliance requirements.
- Serve as the L4 escalation point, prior to engaging vendor support.
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of network architecture, configurations, and processes.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong core networking expertise across advanced routing, switching, firewalls and security principles.
- Proven experience designing and delivering SD-WAN solutions in complex environments.
- Background as a Senior Network Architect across data centre and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities and contributing to solution design for customers.
- Exposure to Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Fortinet and Palo Alto platforms.
- Industry certifications such as CCIE, CISSP or CISM.
- Experience working within an MSP environment is highly desirable.
