Qualified Automotive Electrician / Auto Electrician

West Coast Auto Airconditioning is looking for a qualified Automotive Electrician to join our growing team.
Please note: This position is only open to applicants who are currently living in Australia and have the legal right to work in Australia. Overseas applications will not be considered.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong diagnostic skills and enjoys working on a wide range of vehicles. You will be joining a friendly, experienced team in a busy workshop with modern equipment and consistent work.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults on a wide range of vehicles.
- Install and repair automotive electrical systems.
- Diagnose starting and charging system faults.
- Install aftermarket accessories including lighting, dual battery systems, UHF radios and brake controllers.
- Complete wiring repairs and electrical modifications.
- Carry out automotive air conditioning diagnosis and repairs.
- Maintain accurate job records.
- Work safely and maintain a clean and organised workspace.
What We Are Looking For
- Qualified Automotive Electrician.
- Currently living in Australia with full working rights.
- Current Australian driver’s licence.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic.
