We’re recruiting Maintenance Support / Trade Assistants to join our team across Bunbury, Kukerin and Arthur River this harvest season.
In this role, you’ll support site operations by assisting with maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of equipment and infrastructure, helping ensure our sites operate safely and efficiently during one of our busiest times of year.
These roles are ideal for anyone with a mechanical mindset or trade interest, whether you’re studying, recently qualified, or looking to gain practical, hands-on experience in an industrial environment.
Most harvest roles run from September through to January, depending on location and seasonal conditions. There may also be opportunities to continue beyond the harvest period.

Key responsibilities
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Assisting with general maintenance and minor repairs on site equipment
- Supporting tradespeople with mechanical, electrical, or structural tasks
- Conducting basic inspections and preventative maintenance activities
- Assisting with breakdown response and troubleshooting
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following all safety procedures and site requirements
About you
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Have an interest in mechanical work, maintenance, or trades
- Are comfortable working in a hands-on, outdoor environment
- Demonstrate strong awareness of safety and safe work practices
- Can work effectively as part of a team
- Are reliable and able to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
Desirable but not essential:
- Previous experience in maintenance, trades, or similar environments
- Exposure to mechanical equipment or industrial sites
- Trade qualification or currently studying a trade-related discipline
