This is an excellent opportunity for a safety professional with experience in Return-to-Work coordination and HSEQ administration to take ownership of this role delivering successful outcomes across our national operations. Reporting to the National HSEQ Manager, you’ll be the key link supporting our operational teams nationally. You’ll be coordinating Return-to-Work programs, support compliance initiatives and maintain HSEQ systems, documentation and prepare reports while driving continuous improvement and working together with our HSEQ Advisors and People Team.
About the Role
- Act as the central contact for workers compensation claims Nationally
- Partner with insurers, rehabilitation providers, operational leaders and internal stakeholders to keep claims moving and outcomes on track
- Develop, coordinate and monitor practical return-to-work plans that support both the individual and the workplace
- Maintain accurate HSEQ management records, registers and document control systems.
- Provide guidance and support to HSEQ and operational teams coordinating HSEQ inductions, mandatory training and competency records
- Contribute to a proactive safety culture by supporting early intervention, clear communication and sustainable return-to-work outcomes in a timely way
- Contribute to HSEQ and RTW meetings, communications, Safety Days and continuous improvement initiatives.

To be successful you will have:
- Experience in workers compensation and HSEQ systems management ideally within an operational or multi-site environment
- A practical understanding of Australian workers compensation schemes, injury management requirements and relevant WHS legislation
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or related discipline.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with an excellent attention to detail.
- Be people-centric and collaborative with excellent communication skills to build trust and confidence with stakeholders
- Current Australian driver’s licence
