Summerland Bank is seeking a Home Lender to support customers across the Kyogle and Casino area.

Based within the branch network, this role supports customers through the home lending journey, from first enquiry through to settlement, while building trusted relationships across the local community. It offers a genuine opportunity for an experienced lender to make an immediate impact, or for someone with strong banking, customer service or related transferable skills to step into lending and grow quickly in the role.
The role sits within a community-focused branch environment with strong local relationships and the opportunity to grow lending activity across the Kyogle and Casino area. It is well suited to someone who values regional banking, enjoys working closely with customers, and is motivated to build capability and progress within the lending function.
We’d welcome interest from people who bring:
- Experience in home lending, mortgage products and credit assessment, or strong transferable experience in banking, finance or customer-facing roles
- A relationship-focused approach with a genuine commitment to customer outcomes and community connection
- The ability to manage a lending pipeline and identify growth opportunities, or the capability to step into a portfolio-based role and build quickly
- Sound judgement and attention to detail in regulated, compliance-focused environments
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to branch and team success
