Key Account Manager, On Premise Vic/Tas
At LION, we’re all about creating unforgettable moments — and that starts with strong partnerships in market. We’re looking for a commercially savvy and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to join our team in Victoria.
In this role, you’ll lead a portfolio of key on-premise customers, driving growth through strategic partnerships, commercial execution and customer-first thinking. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure Lion brands are planned, present and performing in venue.
What you’ll be responsible for:

Managing and growing key On Premise customer partnerships across Victoria and Tasmania

Developing and delivering Joint Business Plans that align customer and Lion objectives

Driving volume, NSR and market share growth through strong commercial execution

Leading negotiations across contracts, renewals, tenders and pourage agreements

Using customer, consumer and market insights to identify growth opportunities

Partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply and Customer Marketing teams to deliver best-in-class execution

Conducting regular business reviews and performance tracking with customers

Championing operational excellence through consistent account management practices
What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in account management, customer negotiations and commercial execution

Hunting mindset to grow Lions share within the Victorian and Tasmanian on premise landscape

Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments

Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capability

Ability to use data and insights to influence decisions and drive growth
