Shift Manager (Part Time)
Location: Belmont, WA
Hours: 24-30 hours per week
Availability: Friday, Saturday and Sunday mandatory
Hi Voltage Entertainment is Perth's premier entertainment centre, featuring electric go-karting, glow mini golf, indoor play, café and bar facilities across a 5,500sqm venue.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Shift Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role focused on leading shifts, supporting staff, delivering excellent customer service and helping ensure the venue runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting staff during shifts
- Opening and closing the venue
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues
- Coordinating races, parties and group bookings
- Ensuring safety procedures are followed
- Cash handling and end-of-day procedures
- Maintaining venue presentation and cleanliness
- Assisting with stock control and daily operations
About You
- Previous leadership, supervisor or management experience is preferred but not essential
- Confident communicating with customers and team members
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and organised
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable making decisions and taking initiative
- Available to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
