Ready Set Trades is growing fast, and we’re looking for an experienced and motivated HVAC Technician to join our team servicing residential clients across Melbourne.

About the Role
You will be working across residential heating and cooling systems including:
- Split system installations and servicing
- Ducted heating systems
- Evaporative cooling systems
- Fault finding and breakdown repairs
- Preventative maintenance and annual servicing
- Customer communication and on-site recommendations
This is a full-time role with overtime available and strong opportunity for growth within the company.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in residential HVAC/service work
- ARCtick Licence
- Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Strong fault-finding ability
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Red/Electrical Licence highly regarded but not essential
