To continue this success we are hiring for a National Account Manager - Grocery who will be responsible for supporting account delivery, ensuring the commercial plan is executed smoothly in alignment with the National Business Manager while handling analysis, coordination, and day-to-day customer operations.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

Own and deliver end-to-end customer promotional programs, ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration and execution excellence.

Support and optimise promotional strategies to achieve revenue targets while balancing top-line growth with margin protection.

Analyse promotional and category performance to generate insights and actionable recommendations.

Manage financial tracking and administrative processes for JCPs, NPD launches, SKU changes, and promotional compliance.

Partner cross-functionally and with customers to enhance execution, improve forecasting accuracy, and drive in-store activation and overall performance.
Qualifications:
About you:
-
Degree qualified (or equivalent) with 3+ years’ experience in FMCG or a similar sales environment; exposure to Woolworths or Coles preferred.

Proven track record of delivering results and building strong relationships in fast-paced commercial settings.

Strong understanding of category trends and ability to translate insights into effective customer plans.

Highly analytical with strong Excel skills, financial acumen, and excellent planning, organisation, and attention to detail.

Effective communicator and collaborator with strong stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and an agile, solution-oriented mindset.
