- Experience preparing curries, tandoori dishes, naan, kebabs, biryanis, and other Indian specialties.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced kitchen.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well in a team.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
