Reporting to the District Director Allied Health, Research & Strategic Partnerships, you will play a key role in shaping and strengthening Allied Health and Disability services across the District. You'll provide strategic leadership, professional governance and expert advice to support high-quality, safe and effective allied health practice.
In this influential position, you will support district-wide Allied Health governance and professional standards, provide expert advice to Executives and Operational leaders, lead key initiatives in Clinical Governance, Workforce development and professional practice and oversee Allied Halth policies, credentialing, scope of practice and compliance requirements.
To succeed in this role you will be a collaborative and strategic leader, bring strong stakeholder engagement, exceptional influencing skills with a passion for workforce development and a quality improvement patient-centred care focus.
