Our growing company is looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive who can offer reliable support and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases.
Your responsibilities (role & duties) will include but not limited
- Take ownership of the entire sales process for residential projects - from first enquiry through to settlement
- Liaise with vendors and buyers to ensure they are receiving quality real estate services
- Play a key role in driving sales performance and nurturing client relationships
- Promote and sell residential development properties
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
- Host open homes, sales presentations, and project launches
- Handle advertising of the property online or offline across multiple channels
- Obtain information and public records about property for sale
- Track and monitor leads and feedback
- Maintain accurate sales records and regular reports
- Collaborate closely with project, marketing, and management teams to achieve targets
Requirement:
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (both reading and writing skills)
- MUST – A current Driver's license
- MUST - A current Certificate of Registration/ Licence
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Deep understanding of the Sydney property market
- Preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or Marketing
