Fino Vino is a busy, premium fine dining Italian restaurant located in the heart of Adelaide. We are passionate about delivering exceptional food, wine, and service experiences to our guests. We are seeking an experienced and professional Bartender to join our front-of-house team.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled bartender with a strong knowledge of wines, cocktails, and customer service. The successful candidate will be confident working in a fast-paced fine dining environment while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages to a high standard.
- Provide wine recommendations and assist guests with beverage selections.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Manage stock levels and assist with stock rotation and ordering.
- Ensure compliance with RSA regulations and venue policies.
- Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Requirements
- Current RSA Certificate (essential).
- Previous experience as a bartender in a fine dining or premium hospitality venue.
- Strong knowledge of wines, including Australian and international varieties.
- Experience creating classic and modern cocktails and mocktails.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional presentation and positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
