SALARY: $100,000 - $110,000 per annum (includes car + superannuation)

About the Role
As our Client Services Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with NDIS participants, families, support coordinators, allied health professionals, and community stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with NDIS participants and their support networks.
- Build referral pathways with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Allied Health providers, hospitals, and community organisations.
- Drive client growth through networking, community engagement, and relationship-building activities.
- Conduct client consultations and assist participants in accessing suitable supports and services.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in disability services, NDIS, community services, client engagement, account management, or a similar role.
- A strong existing network within the NDIS and disability sector.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to generate referrals and grow client relationships.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
