Payroll Officer — Part-Time, School Hours (Hobart)

Tasmanian Seafoods is looking for an experienced Payroll Officer for a stable, long-term part-time role with genuine school-friendly hours and no weekend work.
This is a dedicated payroll position — no broader HR duties. You'll run our fortnightly payroll end to end and play a key part in rolling out a brand-new cloud payroll and timekeeping system, so it's a great fit if you enjoy improving processes rather than just maintaining them.
What you'll do
- End-to-end fortnightly payroll processing
- Interpreting awards, overtime and leave entitlements
- Keeping payroll records accurate and compliant (tax, super, statutory)
- Helping implement and bed in our new payroll system
What we're after
- Solid payroll processing experience
- Strong attention to detail and confidence in Excel
- Someone who works well independently and meets deadlines
