Royal Dental Care is a growing, patient-focused dental group with seven modern practices across Sydney. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Oral Health Therapist (OHT) to join our team across our Fairfield and Liverpool clinics.
This is a great opportunity to work with an established patient base in a supportive and collaborative environment, alongside experienced dentists, dental assistants and practice managers.
About the Role
As an Oral Health Therapist, you will provide high-quality preventive, periodontal and oral health care while helping our patients achieve excellent long-term outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive oral health examinations and risk assessments
- Providing hygiene treatments, scaling and periodontal maintenance
- Providing preventive treatments, including fluoride applications and fissure sealants
- Diagnosing and managing periodontal disease within your scope of practice
- Educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Developing personalised treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and treatment notes
- Working collaboratively with our dentists and wider clinical team
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor's Degree in Oral Health Therapy or equivalent
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Oral Health Therapist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
- A professional, caring and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Full Australian working rights
- Weekend availability
