Key Responsibilities include:
Delivering high-level HR advice aligned with legislation, policy, and best practice
Partnering with senior stakeholders to address complex workforce challenges
Analysing workforce data and trends to inform decision-making
Delivering Masterclass sessions on HR topics to uplift workforce management capability
Supporting consistent and high-quality HR service delivery across the business
About You:
You are a confident and credible HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You bring:
Strong experience in HR business partnering and consultancy within complex organisations
Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders
Deep understanding of industrial frameworks, legislation, and contemporary HR practices
Exceptional communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
