About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and reliable Casual Chefs / Pizza Chefs to join our kitchen teams, working across both The Bridgeway Hotel and Paradise Hotel.
Whether your experience is across the grill, pans, larder, or pizza section, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality food during busy lunch, dinner, and function service. This is an ideal opportunity for chefs looking for flexible casual hours, a varied work environment, and the chance to broaden their experience across two high-performing venues located just minutes from each other.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals in line with venue standards
- Prepare and cook pizzas (where applicable) to a consistently high standard
- Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency during service
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards are maintained at all times
- Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and minimising waste
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen teams across both venues
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workstation
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and high-performing kitchen culture
About You:
- Previous experience as a Chef, Cook, or Pizza Chef within a busy hospitality venue
- Experience working in high-volume kitchens is highly regarded
- Passion for producing quality food and working as part of a team
- Calm under pressure with excellent organisational and time management skills
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Flexible availability to work across both venues, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available for this role)
