Specialized Property Maintenance is a growing local business based in Wodonga, servicing residential, commercial and sporting facilities across the region.
We specialise in:
- Pressure cleaning
- Gutter cleaning
- Solar panel cleaning
- Synthetic tennis court maintenance
- General property maintenance and handyman works
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and motivated all-rounder to join our team.
This is a hands-on role with a wide variety of work, meaning no two days are the same. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and can work both independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- Reliable and organised
- Ability to work autonomously when required
- Manual driver’s licence required (MR licence an advantage)
