About the Role
This is a senior sales role for someone who already knows the WA solar and battery market inside out. No cold calling, no doorknocking — you'll get up to 15 booked appointments a week from showroom walk-ins and marketing enquiries, plus additional warm leads transferred straight through by our front-of-house team. Your time is spent closing and designing great solutions, not prospecting.
- Consult with warm leads face-to-face in our Osborne Park showroom and over the phone — up to 15 booked appointments a week, plus front-of-house transfers
- Conduct site inspections and in-home consultations for qualified leads
- Design tailored solar and battery solutions matched to each customer's needs
- Work fixed hours, 8am–4pm Monday to Friday — no evening or weekend work required
- Full-time, based at our Osborne Park showroom, immediate start available
- Join a sales floor of 10–15 consultants, reporting directly to our Sales Manager
About You
- 3+ years' experience in solar and/or battery sales in WA, with a track record of consistently exceeding targets
- Strong working knowledge of solar/battery system design and WA compliance and regulatory requirements
- Confident running a technical sales process from first consultation to close, unsupervised
- Exceptional communication and consultative selling skills — you sell solutions, not products
- Comfortable with CRM and Microsoft tools
