We are seeking a Warehouse leader to join our Willawong Distribution Centre and play a key leadership role in driving operational excellence, safety, service, and team performance.

Job Description
Reporting to the QLD Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and transport activities while ensuring safety, quality, inventory accuracy and customer service standards are achieved.
Your focus will include:
Leading and coordinating inbound and outbound warehouse operations
Ensuring customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time
Managing transport and logistics activities across QLD and interstate networks
Partnering with Planning, Inventory and Sales teams to support order fulfilment
Driving inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and Lean practices
Coaching, developing and engaging the 11 warehouse team members
Promoting a strong safety culture with a focus on physical and psychological safety
Assisting with operational projects and site leadership activities
Acting as site leader when the Warehouse Manager is unavailable
What you'll bring
You're a proactive and adaptable leader who enjoys being on the warehouse floor, developing people and improving processes. You are naturally organised, customer-focused and able to balance operational priorities while maintaining high standards for safety, service and team performance.
You will need to have the following skills and experiences:
- Previous experience in a Warehouse leadership role - Team leader, leading hand or supervisor role
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and hold teams accountable
- Sound understanding of warehouse operations, transport coordination and inventory management
- Current Forklift Licence
- Experience analysing operational data and identifying improvement opportunities
