Female Casual Support Worker

About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Support Worker to support NDIS participants in their homes across the Gosford, Woy Woy, and Avoca Beach areas. This is a casual position starting at 10–30 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow your hours as our client base expands.This role is ideal for someone who wants flexibility now with a genuine path to permanent employment for the right candidate.
What You'll Do
- Provide domestic assistance to NDIS participants in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities, community participation, and personal care as needed
- Support clients to achieve their individual goals and plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow service policies
- Travel within the region to visit clients as required
About You
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current National Police Check
- Proven experience in disability support or a similar care role
- Experience working with children
- Own reliable transport and a valid driver's licence
- Genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and afternoons
- Professional, non-judgemental, and open-minded attitude
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in clients' homes
The Details
- Location: Gosford, Woy Woy, Avoca Beach, and surrounding areas (We also service whole of central coast — willingness to travel to these areas is a plus)
- Hours: 10–30 hours per week to start, with room to grow
- Start: Immediate
- Employment Type: Casual, with potential for permanent progression

Pay: $43.23 – $44.59 per hour
