Kebab Shop Manager
(salary $75000 to $80000)
Roll & Wrap Kebab is a vibrant and popular destination for delicious kebabs and exceptional customer service. We take pride in our quality food and aim to provide an unforgettable experience for our customers. We are currently seeking highly skilled and experienced Shop Manager to manage our teams of 2 shops within the same area. You will be responsible for:
- Managing stock and inventory for high volume meat (doner/shawarma spits), fresh produce, and flatbreads. Organise rosters for staffs, ensuring staff availability for late-night weekend trade and peak tourism seasons. Ensuring strict adherence to food safety standards, temperature control, and shop cleanliness. Overseeing the front-of-house to guarantee fast order-taking and order assembly.
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Manager with a minimum of two years of experience in food handling, kebab preparation, customer service and managing a team.
You must be available to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays is mandatory.
We are looking for a Manager who holds a qualification in hospitality, with strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices and the ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
