Born out of Torquay, VIC in the early 2000s with nothing but a dream to design and deliver a collection of affordable, high-quality garments not yet met by the market, Ghanda Clothing has quickly become a household name, as the largest 100% Australian-owned and operated clothing brand, with over 100 locations across the nation.
About you
As a Graphic Designer at Ghanda, you'll play a key role in bringing our Mens and Boys graphics to life.
Working closely with our graphics team and designers, you'll create original artwork that spans graphic tees, placement prints, yardage designs, accessories and seasonal branding. From hand-drawn illustrations and typography through to repeat prints, you'll help bring our Mens and Boys ranges to life.
We're looking for someone with a strong creative eye, a love for illustration and graphics, and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
**Please note, this is a full-time on-site role based at our Head Office and requires you to be able to work on location.
A day in the life:
As a GRAPHIC DESIGNER, your daily tasks may include:
Product Graphics & Placement Prints
Design original graphics for our Mens and Boys collections, with a strong focus on graphic tees. Create artwork that reflects Ghanda brand while bringing your own creative style.
Textile & Yardage Design
Create repeat prints and textile graphics that flow across apparel and accessories.
Branding & Creative Assets
Contribute to seasonal branding suites, collection logos, swing tags, trims, packaging and other supporting graphics that bring each range to life.
An ideal addition to the #GhandaGang will possess:
- Degree or higher qualification in Graphic Design or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role valued but not essential
- Strong illustration and graphic design skills
- Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and workflows
