The producing arm, Century Entertainment, present a range of major events, tours and festivals across Australia throughout the year, with a particular focus on live comedy.
The Role:
Century Entertainment is seeking an experienced Producer to work within the Touring department and alongside our Artist Management team. The successful candidate will be an integral member of the Century Entertainment team, developing, producing and delivering events and tours for the exceptional roster of artists and comedians represented by Century Artists.
The role is full time and based in Sydney.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Budgeting: Creating and managing budgets ensuring spending is being closely monitored
- Routing: Booking and confirming appropriate venues for artist tours
- Ticketing: Setting up ticketing with venues and managing inventory of sales, holds and guest-lists
- Logistics: Booking and managing accommodation, flights and ground transport for tours, including itinerary management
- Marketing: Setting up and monitoring social media campaigns and booking various marketing initiatives
- Event Delivery: Assist, where needed, with on-ground event delivery throughout the year
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Skills:

Strong organisation: Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task, follow processes, and manage large volumes of work in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication: Strong written and verbal skills
- At least 2 years working in live events or similar role
- Knowledge and understanding of event ticketing
- Experience in event marketing, including sound knowledge of online and social marketing
- Strong computer literacy: With experience using the full Microsoft Suite
- Strong work ethic
- Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings and weekends and travel for shows as required
- Ability to interpret and work within budgets
- Problem-solving and adaptability
- Full Australian drivers licence
Highly Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of Australian comedy festivals
- Knowledge of live events (particularly comedy)
- A basic understanding of staging, technical requirements of performance, including sound and lighting requirements
