Opportunity:
We are seeking experienced and reliable Support Workers, preferably male, for full-time positions based in Karratha. You will support participants with daily living, personal care, and community inclusion, working collaboratively to help individuals achieve their NDIS goals in a respectful and empowering way.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualised and high-quality support aligned with participant goals
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Support community access and social participation
- Follow direction from participants, families, and EPIC’s Client Coordinators
- Complete case notes, incident reports, and documentation in a timely manner
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment
Essential Requirements:
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- WA “C” Class driver’s licence (or overseas equivalent with valid visa)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (mandatory)
- Proven experience supporting people with disability
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow support plans
- Commitment to confidentiality and person-centred practice
Desirable:
- Certificate IV in Disability or Community Services
- Experience with complex care (e.g. PEG feeding, hoisting, manual handling)
- Experience working with diverse or remote communities
- Familiarity with NDIS processes and compliance
