Industrial Cleaning Machine Operator
SA Sweepers & Scrubbers is looking for a reliable operator to work at commercial sites across Adelaide. You will operate ride-on and walk-behind sweeping and scrubbing machines in car parks and facilities.
No previous sweeper or scrubber experience is required. Full training and equipment are provided.
Pay: $34-$36 per hour
Hours: Approximately 25-30 hours per week
Employment: Casual, with long-term ongoing work available
Shifts: Times vary by site. Usual day shifts are 8:00 am-4:00 pm. Some night work starts at 6:00 pm and continues until the job is completed.
What you will do:
- Operate commercial sweeping and scrubbing machines
- Clean car parks and facility floors to a high standard
- Complete basic pre-start checks and look after the equipment
- Work independently and follow site safety requirements
- Report any machine or site issues to the team
What we are looking for:
- Reliable, punctual and consistent
- Comfortable working independently, including evening shifts
- Able to learn and safely operate machinery
- Good attention to detail
- Current full driver's licence
- Australian work rights

This role may suit someone with experience in commercial cleaning, warehouse work, machine operation, facilities work or labouring, but experience is not essential.
