We're Looking For
An experienced administrator who enjoys working in a structured, fast paced environment. Confident managing documentation, processes and competing priorities, you'll play a key role supporting the delivery of quality homes.
This permanent full-time role is based at Halcyon Promenade in Burpengary East, working Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
What You'll Do
As a key member of the team, you'll provide administrative support throughout the homebuilding journey, helping ensure projects progress smoothly from pre-construction through to handover. Working closely with Operations, Construction and Sales teams, you'll contribute to positive customer outcomes and the successful delivery of quality homes.
- Manage building approvals, contracts and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate administrative activities across pre-construction and construction stages.
- Track workflows, approvals and key project milestones.
- Maintain accurate records and project documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams, customers and external stakeholders as required.
- Support process improvements that enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Contribute to a collaborative team focused on delivering quality homes.

Experience & Skills That Count
- Experience in administration, project coordination or compliance focused roles.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Outlook.
- Construction, property or contract administration experience is advantageous.
