Opportunity to join our team!
As an Internal Sales Specialist, you will manage customer enquiries, prepare accurate quotes, and support branch operations to keep our customers running efficiently.
You will report to the Branch Manager and work closely with external sales representatives, operations teams, and valued customers across multiple industries.
Motion supports critical industries including mining, construction, manufacturing, agriculture, transport, oil & gas, and waste management.
You will be a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.

Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.

Support external sales team with detailed quotes, and account coordination

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Assist with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.
What You’ll Bring:

Expertise in hydraulic hoses and fittings, with strong product knowledge is desirable.

Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent organisational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within a team

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
