We are seeking for a Senior Architect with Class 2 experience preferably (but we would consider all sectors) to join our Sydney studio.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and champion architectural design across projects, ensuring design intent is upheld while delivering high-quality outcomes through all project phases.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise and escalating where required to maintain project momentum
- Manage complex project workflows, including coordinating team members, delegating tasks, and ensuring milestones are achieved within agreed timeframes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering engaging presentations and consistently demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
- Mentor and support team members by reviewing work, guiding project delivery, and contributing to high-quality documentation standards.
- Collaborate with external consultants and internal stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients across all stages of the project.
What You’ll Bring
- In-depth understanding of multi-residential design, delivery, and compliance requirements.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organised, and work well under pressure
- 7+ years’ experience in architectural practice with demonstrated success leading multi-residential projects.
- Registered Architect
- Strong proficiency in Revit, with proven BIM and documentation experience.
- Knowledge of Australian Standards and relevant codes for residential projects.
- A collaborative, solution-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
