Hours:
Thursday 9.00am - 4.00pm
Friday 11:00am - 4.00pm
Saturday 9.00am - 4.00pm
Sunday 9.00am - 4.00pm
About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable part time barista to join our team. The successful applicant will be required to thrive in a fast paced environment, have a passion for coffee and customer service, and take pride in maintaining high standard across all aspects of the cafe.
Key Responsibilities:
- prepare and serve high quality coffee, beverages and other drinks efficiently and consistently
- deliver friendly, professional customer service in a busy enviornment
- maintain a clean, organised and well presented bar and cafe area
- complete daily bar set up and pack down procedures
- monitor stock levels and ensure correct stock rotation
- contribute to creative ideas for seasonal or specialty drinks and menu improvements
- follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards
- work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth day to day operations
Skills & Experience
- minimum 2 years experience
- ability to work in face paced environment
- excelled communication and customer service
- attention to detail
- reliable, punctual, able to work independently as well as part of a team
Pay: $27.08 – $40.62 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Werribee VIC 3030: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Hospitality: 2 years (Required)
