About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, increasing sales, and strengthening relationships with retailers, restaurants, wholesalers, and distributors throughout Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets within your assigned territory.
- Identify and approach new business opportunities, including supermarkets, grocery stores, restaurants, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Promote and present our range of authentic Indian food products through product demonstrations and tastings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, promotional events, and industry functions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the food and beverage or FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of Indian food products and cuisine is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
- A current Australian driver's licence.
- Ability to communicate in English and one or more Indian regional languages (such as Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, Marathi, or others) to effectively engage with a diverse customer base.
