As an SDR, you drive outbound activity for our clients — starting real conversations with decision-makers and turning them into qualified sales opportunities. You'll typically manage two to three client accounts at once, representing each brand professionally and becoming a genuine extension of their sales team.
This is an independent contractor role. You're responsible for your own taxes, insurance, retirement, and any visa or self-employment obligations in your country of residence — your tax situation depends entirely on your own residency and circumstances.

Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective B2B customers
- Qualify opportunities through structured discovery conversations
- Book qualified meetings for client sales teams
- Manage activity across two to three client accounts
- Coordinate meetings and keep calendars accurate
- Follow up with prospects and keep them engaged
- Track pipeline activity and performance metrics
- Collaborate with clients and the internal team
- Continuously sharpen messaging, objection handling, and conversion
- Report on campaign performance to clients
Must have
- At least 1 year of sales experience — ideally SDR or outbound
- Proven cold calling and outbound prospecting experience
- Strong verbal communication and genuine phone confidence
- Able to juggle multiple priorities and client accounts
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, with high ownership and accountability
