Opportunities Available
Property Managers
- Manage portfolios with structure, support, and realistic workloads
- Strong systems, admin support, and leadership that actually backs you
- Focus on service, retention, and clean portfolio management
Sales Associates (6 Months+ Experience)
- Build momentum under strong agents and proven teams
- Hands-on exposure to listings, buyers, and negotiations
- Clear pathway to standalone sales
Sales Agents
- List, sell, and grow your market presence
- Work with agencies investing in growth, not standing still
- Earn without ceilings and be rewarded for performance
What you’ll be doing
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Managing portfolios, campaigns, and transactions end-to-end
- Handling negotiations, problem-solving, and day-to-day client needs
- Prospecting, following up, and staying active in your market
- Delivering a level of service that drives repeat and referral business
What matters (and what doesn’t)

You’ll need:
- Relevant real estate experience (Property Management or Sales)
- Current VIC Registration or Licence
- Strong communication and ability to handle pressure
- Accountability, resilience, and a genuine work ethic
