About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major civil and bulk water infrastructure project in the Wentworth NSW / Mildura VIC region.
With full accountability for project performance, you will lead the safe, successful and profitable delivery of the works, driving outcomes across program, commercial, contractual, quality and stakeholder objectives. Working closely with construction, engineering and client teams, you will provide clear leadership, manage key subcontractor and supplier relationships, mitigate risks, and ensure project objectives are achieved from commencement through to completion.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a significant regional infrastructure project, leading experienced delivery teams and contributing to the successful execution of complex civil and water infrastructure works that will create lasting value for the community.
FIFO arrangements are available from Sydney and Melbourne. We also encourage applications from candidates based in Mildura, Wentworth and surrounding regional communities.
Accommodation and LAFHA will be provided for eligible employees.
What You'll Bring to the Team
A degree in Civil Engineering
Demonstrated experience delivering civil and bulk water infrastructure projects in a Project Manager capacity.
Strong commercial acumen, including contract administration, cost control and forecasting.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage subcontractor performance.
Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks and stakeholder relationships.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality systems and safety requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering successful project outcomes.
