Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food orders accurately at the counter and over the phone
- Handle cash, EFTPOS, and other payments
- Pack takeaway orders correctly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter and customer area
- Assist with basic food preparation if required
- Restock sauces, drinks, and packaging supplies
- Work with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Basic cash handling skills
- Previous hospitality or cashier experience is preferred but not essential
Work Hours
- Flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays may be required.
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
