We are looking for an experienced, organised and motivated Dental Practice Manager to join our friendly and growing team.
We are seeking someone who is confident leading a team, enjoys creating efficient systems, and is passionate about providing an excellent experience for both patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the dental practice
- Lead, support and coordinate our reception and dental assisting team
- Manage staff rosters, leave and daily workflow
- Monitor appointment books and help optimise scheduling and productivity
- Oversee patient recalls, follow-ups and treatment plan follow-ups
- Monitor practice KPIs and assist with achieving practice goals
- Manage patient enquiries and concerns professionally
- Coordinate stock ordering, suppliers and inventory
- Ensure practice policies, procedures and infection-control standards are followed
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
- Conduct and coordinate regular team meetings
- Support clinicians to ensure efficient patient flow and a positive working environment
- Assist with accounts, banking, claims and general practice administration as required
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, patient experience and overall practice performance
About You

- Have previous dental practice management or senior dental administration experience
- Have strong leadership and people-management skills
- Are highly organised and able to prioritise effectively
- Have excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Are confident managing a busy appointment book and dental reception
- Are proactive, reliable and solution-focused
- Are comfortable monitoring KPIs and implementing systems
- Have good computer and administrative skills
- Have experience with D4Web or similar dental practice-management software – highly regarded
