About Us
At Bella Group Services, we are a leading facility services provider specializing in Maintenance, Commercial Cleaning, Hygiene Services, and Waste Management. Over the past 15 years, we have experienced steady and continuous growth, expanding our footprint across NSW (including Sydney, the Central Coast, and Newcastle) and into Queensland. We are currently looking for a motivated Junior Bookkeeper / Accounts Officer to join our growing finance team at our Sydney branch.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent or upcoming accounting graduate looking to kick-start their career in a supportive and fast-paced environment. Working as part of our finance team, you will provide essential support across our day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping: Providing support to the finance team with day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
- Reconciliations: Carrying out regular daily bank reconciliations.
- Accounts Payable: Arranging and processing payment of accounts.
- Accounts Receivable: Preparing and sending invoices and receipts to debtors.
· Data Entry: Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring transactions are entered correctly.
- Ad Hoc Support: Completing any other reasonable administrative and finance tasks as requested by the employer from time to time.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and enthusiastic. Experience is not strictly required—we are more than happy to welcome someone early in their career who has the right attitude and a strong willingness to learn!
- Qualifications: A recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate with a degree in accounting.
- Willingness to Learn: A genuine passion for developing your bookkeeping and accounting skills.
- Attention to Detail: You take pride in getting things right and can spot errors easily.
- Systems: Familiarity with Xero is highly regarded.

Location & How to Apply
This position is office-based position in Dover Heights Sydney.
Applicants must be able to work onsite from our office. This is not a Remote or Hybrid position.
