Carefinity is looking for dedicated Male and Female Disability Support Workers (DSWs) to support clients across the Gold Coast, QLD.
About the Role
Location: Gold Coast, QLD
Shifts: Ongoing, with a variety of hours available
Shift Types:
- Short shifts (3 hours)
- Longer shifts (6–8 hours)
- Sleepover shifts
Duties Include
- Community access and social support
- Personal care and daily living support
- Providing safe, respectful, and person-centred care
Requirements
✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check
✅ Working With Children Check (WWCC)
✅ Right to Work in Australia
✅ Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
✅ Relevant Qualifications in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services
✅ Driver's Licence and reliable transport
Pay: $37.28 – $105.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
