Ready to move beyond optimising campaigns and start shaping the growth agenda behind some of Australia's most loved brands?
We're looking for a Digital Specialist to own the performance ecosystem across paid media, website optimisation and CRM. This is a hands-on role where you'll have direct ownership of campaign performance, consumer engagement and commercial outcomes.

About You
You're a performance marketer first and foremost.
You know how to build, optimise and scale paid social campaigns, but you also understand how websites, CRM and the broader consumer journey work together to drive growth. You enjoy being on the tools, using data to make decisions and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
You may currently be working in a media agency as a Paid Media Specialist, Performance Executive, Performance Manager or Digital Performance Specialist and are looking for more ownership and visibility of your impact.
What Your Days Look Like
Owning the planning, execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta, Instagram and TikTok.
Managing budgets, bidding strategies, targeting and campaign performance to maximise ROI.
Analysing campaign results and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Partnering with Brand teams to support key launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional activity.
Managing and optimising Arnott's websites, including content updates, landing pages and consumer journeys.
Working with our web developers to deliver site enhancements and improvements.
Supporting CRM and email marketing activity, including audience segmentation, deployment and performance analysis.
Staying ahead of industry trends, platform changes and emerging opportunities in digital marketing.
The Ingredients for Success
3+ years' experience in performance marketing, paid media or digital marketing.
Strong hands-on experience across Meta Ads Manager and other paid social platforms.
Proven ability to manage campaigns, budgets and optimisation initiatives that deliver measurable results.
Experience interpreting data and turning insights into commercial actions.
Exposure to website management, analytics and digital content optimisation.
Experience with CRM or email marketing platforms.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally, driving prioritisation & planning across campaigns
Agency experience highly regarded.
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
