As we continue expanding our services across South Australia, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Support Worker to join our growing team.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide ongoing personal care services to an older gentleman living in Bellevue Heights SA 5050.
This is a permanent ongoing roster with consistent weekly hours, making it ideal for someone seeking regular work while having flexibility around the exact start times.
Monday to Friday

Morning Shift: 1 hour (between 8:00am – 10:00am)
- Afternoon Shift: 1 hour (between 3:00pm – 5:00pm)
Saturday

1-hour visit (between 8:00am – 10:00am)
Sunday

1-hour visit (between 8:00am – 10:00am)
Total: 12 hours per week
Additional hours may become available as our Adelaide client base continues to grow.
You will provide high-quality, person-centred support including:

Personal care and showering
- Continence care and toileting assistance
- Grooming and personal hygiene
- Meal preparation
- Assistance with dressing
- Medication prompting (where appropriate)
- Mobility assistance and falls prevention
- Monitoring the client's wellbeing and reporting any concerns
- Maintaining accurate progress notes using our electronic care management system
- Building a respectful and professional relationship with the client and their family
- Working in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, infection prevention and workplace health and safety requirements
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

A genuine passion for supporting older Australians
- Previous experience providing personal care in the aged care, home care or disability sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, professionalism and a caring attitude
- The ability to work independently and follow individual care plans
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Respect for client privacy, dignity and choice
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Home & Community or equivalent) or relevant experience
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Driver Licence
- Right to work in Australia
- Ability to complete electronic progress notes
- Experience in community aged care
- Manual handling experience
- Medication competency
- Continence care experience
- Dementia care experience
- Greek speaking
- Consistent ongoing roster
