We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-focused Commercial Cleaner to join our team and maintain a modern gym and training facility in Ballina.

About the Role
- Ongoing casual position with consistent hours
- Monday to Sunday shifts
- 4 hours per day
- Weekday shifts starting from 8:00 pm
- Weekend shifts can start anytime after 10:30 am
- Location: Ballina, NSW
- Immediate start available
- Cleaning equipment, chemicals and cleaning supplies provided by Brightcleans
You will be responsible for ensuring the gym is cleaned, sanitised and presented to a high standard for members and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Cleaning and sanitising gym and training areas
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Cleaning toilets, bathrooms and change-room areas
- Cleaning reception and entry areas
- Cleaning staff areas and amenities
- Wiping and sanitising high-touch surfaces and frequently used equipment
- Emptying bins and maintaining general cleanliness throughout the facility
- Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces as required
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Maintaining a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality cleaning results
- Is reliable, punctual and dependable
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is physically fit and comfortable performing cleaning duties
- Is comfortable working around gym equipment and training areas
- Has a current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Has commercial cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
- Is available to work across a 7-day roster
