WeBOOST is a Melbourne-based digital marketing and technology solutions company providing website development, software solutions, digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, CRM integration, and business system optimisation services to a wide range of Australian businesses.
As the company continues to expand its software development and digital transformation projects, we are seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst to support business process improvement, system implementation, client solution analysis, and project coordination across multiple digital and technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, developers, and external clients to identify business requirements and operational challenges
- Analyse existing business processes, workflows, CRM systems, and digital platforms to identify opportunities for system improvement and optimisation
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and technical documentation for development teams
- Utilise workflow analysis, process mapping, and data modelling techniques to support system design and implementation
- Assist in the planning, implementation, testing, and deployment of software systems, digital solutions, and website functionality enhancements
- Assist in project planning, timeline coordination, resource allocation, and delivery tracking across multiple digital and software implementation projects
- Coordinate with software developers, UI/UX designers, marketing teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of client projects
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot system-related issues, and support ongoing system enhancements
- Develop user guides, training materials, and provide system training and support to internal users and clients where required
- Prepare business reports, workflow documentation, and project status updates to support management decision-making and continuous system improvement
Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as an ICT Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, system implementation, and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience working with CRM systems, digital platforms, website projects, or business management systems
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prepare clear business and technical documentation
- Experience working in digital agencies, software companies, or IT consulting environments will be highly regarded
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, workflow analysis, and project coordination is preferred
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
