We are looking for a fast, efficient, and hardworking Chef to take charge of our busy daytime kitchen floor. Operating under the supportive guidance of the owner, you will be the driving force behind our breakfast and lunch service. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Floor: Run the daily kitchen operations smoothly, managing prep, cooking, and plating during high-volume breakfast and lunch rushes
- Maintain Speed & Quality: Ensure every dish comes out fast, consistent, and to a high standard, even during peak weekend hours
- Inventory & Hygiene: Maintain strict food safety and handling standards (HACCP/local regulations), ensuring a spotless and organized kitchen
- Collaborate: Work directly with the owner to manage stock, minimize wastage, and optimize kitchen workflow

- Daytime & Weekend Availability: Commitment to working weekends is essential, as these are our busiest days
