Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assess repair requirements.
- Book in repair jobs and maintain accurate records.
- Explain repair options, pricing, and turnaround times.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and online enquiries.
- Process payments and issue invoices.
- Follow up with customers regarding repair status.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
Requirements
- Previous customer service or retail experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to remain calm in a busy environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a phone or computer repair shop.
- Knowledge of smartphones, laptops, and accessories.
