A commercially focused sales operations professional responsible for enabling the sales team through CRM management, bid coordination, renewals management, quoting support, reporting, governance and continuous improvement. The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the Sales Director and Regional Sales Managers to deliver an effective, efficient and scalable sales capability.
The role provides operational, administrative and commercial support across the sales lifecycle, ensuring opportunities, quotations, renewals, bids, panels, reporting and sales collateral are managed consistently and professionally. Reporting to the Sales Director, the role provides primary support to the Sales Director and additional support to Regional Sales Managers, Heads of Capability and other stakeholders as required.
- Support sales administration, planning and governance processes
- Maintain CRM data quality, pipeline records and sales documentation
- Assist with quotations, pricing proposals and commercial documentation
- Coordinate renewals, including tracking, communications and reporting
- Support bids, tenders, procurement responses and panel submissions
- Maintain sales collateral, templates, customer stories and proposal content
- Produce sales, pipeline and renewal reporting
- Support process improvement, business operations and special projects
Essential
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft 365 and business systems capability
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Desirable
- Experience in sales operations, sales administration or commercial support
- Experience with CRM platforms and reporting tools
- Experience supporting bids, tenders or government procurement activities
- Experience producing customer-facing documentation and collateral
