We are a Sydney-based property developer and builder focused on the future of construction. Our projects combine traditional construction expertise with modern methods including prefabrication, mass timber construction, BIM, digital construction workflows, and emerging robotic technologies.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Licensed Carpenter to join our growing team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Structural timber framing and carpentry works
- Installation of prefabricated building components
- Reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings
- Coordination with site supervisors, engineers and subcontractors
- Quality control and compliance with Australian Standards
- Assisting in the development of innovative construction methodologies
- Participation in future CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) and mass timber projects
Essential Requirements
- NSW Carpenter Licence or Trade Qualification
- Minimum 5 years carpentry experience
- Current White Card
- Driver Licence and own vehicle
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Strong understanding of Australian construction practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly Desirable
- Experience in commercial construction
- Experience with structural timber systems
- Experience with prefabricated or modular construction
- Experience supervising apprentices or small teams
- Basic understanding of BIM or digital construction workflows
- Interest in innovative construction technologies
